SunIRef:AV002 The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), Total Quality and Operations, is seeking a Quality Manager (Level K) to be a part of the MH-139 leadership team, partnering with Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Test and Operations. This position is located in Ridley Park, PA. The successful candidate must have working knowledge of Quality Management Systems, FAA and USAF processes and working with a diverse team. Position Responsibilities: Manage and lead the following processes: FAA Prototype Quality Processes Applicant part, installation and test conformity processes FAA part, installation and test conformity processes Type Inspection Authorization flight release process Ground and Flight Operations Quality Processes Special Flight Authorization / Experimental Ticket management processes Aircraft Maintenance and Modification Authorization management processes, including P145 Repair Station integration across Leonardo AWPC, Boeing Ridley Park and Duke Field Production Quality Processes Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) across multiple STCs Quality Management System integration across: Boeing Ridley Park Leonardo AWPC Duke Field (Eglin AFB) USAF Operating Bases Ability to lead a multi-discipline team consisting of Boeing Quality, Boeing Supplier Quality, Boeing Certification, ODA Inspection Unit Members / DARs, Leonardo P21 Quality, Leonardo P145 Quality, Boeing Flight Operations and Boeing Duke Field Quality Security Clearance This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience): Experience leading or managing multi-disciplined technical teams 3+ years of experience leading or managing in an FAA P145 Repair Station Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience Experience managing/leading diverse teams Experience with regulatory compliance Experience leading or managing FAA certification projects through full lifecycle Experience leading or managing projects across corporate boundaries Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
