Goal of the Position: The Quality Engineer is responsible to ensure that all products, processes, methods and equipment are validated, and is the quality representative in Quality improvement projects. He/She handles external customer complaints and the related day-to-day communication towards other departments! Key Responsibilities: * Provide quality assurance services to ensure the integrity of products * Ascertain that Pall products are aligned with government regulations, industry and Pall standards * Manage process and product non-conformances in line with company procedures * Conduct quality assurance tests * Review, investigate, resolve and report on quality discrepancies Maintain, monitor, and audit quality management system and protocols including systems automation, processes, and procedures * Monitor, investigate, and report on customer complaints Collaborate in audit and inspection preparation, resolution of audit and inspection findings Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Technology or similar field, required * Experience within a Quality or Operations team in a manufacturing organization with a metric and results driven culture * Understanding of variation, it s impact on Quality, and how to control it * Prior experience with utilizing Lean methodology and tools to improve quality and / or overall operations processes Diversity & Inclusion: At Danaher, we are dedicated to building and sustaining a truly diverse and inclusive culture.
