Your Impact The Quality Engineer is on site at the European Distribution Center as the ASP representative and oversees the various physical Logistics and Quality transactions and movements of the ASP Business within the EMEA region.(Shipments inbound/outbound EDC). By analyzing Logistics and Quality data it will help the business to maintain and improve their Logistics and Quality network in terms of costs and efficiency. Coordinate and monitor local ASP label processes to meet country label requirements Coordinate and monitor local RMA and return process Coordinate and monitor Quality of products inbound/outbound and perform check Interact with ASP Senior Quality Specialist and EMEA Sr. MQA Manager Function as the intermediate to Quality related challenges as being physical on site as the ASP representative Complete duties assigned by quality manager or designee, such as handling customer complaints, training new staff(local), implementing quality control policies, rating suppliers, and adhering to legislation requirements Maintain databases of logistics/ Quality information Interpret data on Logistics and Quality elements, such as availability, maintainability, reliability, supply chain management, strategic sourcing or distribution, supplier management, or transportation Recommend improvements to existing or planned logistics/ quality processes Monitor inventory transactions at warehouse facilities to assess receiving, storage, shipping, or inventory integrity Write or revise standard operating procedures for logistics processes Monitor industry standards, trends to identify developments in logistics planning or execution Perform other duties assigned as needed Our Needs Here’s what we’ll need from you: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Degree in Engineering is desired. Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible experience focusing on Quality and Logistics Previous experience in Medical Devices or Pharma is a plus, but not a must Proficient Quality Management Systems Quality Assurance expertise and technical knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Visio, etc.) Commitment to excellence and high standards with attention to detail.
