We are seeking a Research Associate, Analytical Development, who will be a valued member of the Analytical Development team, focused on analytical method development and testing for recombinant protein and monoclonal antibody products. In ition to supporting traditional fed-batch processes, specific emphasis will be placed on supporting RESILIENCE’s emerging continuous processing platforms. Job Responsibilities The candidate will be part of a team that is providing analytical support for both client-facing process development project work as well as internal platform and technology. Specific responsibilities will include: Performing analytical method development and sample testing to support process development, including development of RESILIENCE’s batch and continuous platform processes for monoclonal antibody production. Duties will include: Various analytical instrument operation, such HPLC, CE, etc High throughput analytical method development Working space maintenance Sample submission coordination Documenting experimental procedures and performing data analysis and interpretation Other analytical development-related tasks Maintain and foster a safe and compliant working environment Assist with organizing and streamlining work activities, including Ensuring adequate and appropriate inventory of materials and supplies Ensuring equipment is appropriately maintained and calibrated Ensuring documentation and data management practices are followed Support collaborations with customers Overall, support RESILIENCE and the Biologics franchise to achieve its objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Analytical chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering or related scientific or engineering discipline 0-3+ years relevant industrial experience Understanding of various analytical techniques; operation of analytical instruments such as HPLC, Capillary electrophoresis Strong interpersonal, and communication skills Other Ideal Personal Characteristics Demonstrated ability to work in teams Embodies grit, rigor, service, EQ+IQ, builder mentality, velocity, and ownership COVID 19 Alert – Resilience is closely monitoring the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19).
