Job Description

* Run routine assays and develop novel separation and identification assays utilizing state-of-the-art technologies.
* Be responsible for separation, characterization, identification of proteins and antibodies utilizing HPLC, cIEF, BioA/GX, as well as other analytical techniques.
* Developing HPLC & UPLC based chromatography methods including size exclusion, affinity, normal-phase, reverse phase, ion exchange and hydrophobic interaction utilizing DAD, FLD detectors
* Ensure coverage and performance
* Strong leadership, initiative, and team-building skills
* Foster morale and teamwork
* Lead team, schedule, and train employees in client environment
