Description :
The Senior QA Tester will be responsible for QA testing as part of a team. You will also be responsible for improving the processes used by the QA team. This position will be working in an environment where cross-skilling is essential, and quality is the responsibility of everyone within the organization.

* Suggest processes and workflows for the QA team
* Suggest tools to improve efficiency and quality
* Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
* Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
* Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
* Design, develop and execute automation scripts
* Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
* Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
* Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
* Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
* Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies


Knowledge & Experience Requirements

* Proven work experience in software quality assurance
* Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
* Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
* Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
* Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
* Familiarity with Content Management Systems
* Understanding of programming for the web and basic web security

Beneficial Knowledge & Experience

* Proven work experience in software development
* Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
* Some exposure to JavaScript, HTML, CSS and PHP for basic debugging would be advantageous
* Previous Agency experience in a testing role would be advantageous
* Experience of MySQL (or similar SQL language)

* Test Rail
* PhatomJS
* Selenium
* Blazemeter
* jMeter
* Acunetix
