In addition, this hire will contribute to multiple ongoing collaborative projects, as well as setting up a Bioenergetics Research Core. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others. The Department of Biological Sciences at U of A is a highly diverse and research active environment that provides researchers with many opportunities for learning and research collaborations. Of note, active collaborations between other departments on campus at U of A and University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) located in Little Rock are ongoing within the department.
