Apply on Company Website Staff Scientist, Precision Medicine Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Tarrytown, NY Posted 15 hours ago Apply on Company Website As a Staff Scientist, you will work on our clinical biomarker strategy supporting early and late development for immuno-oncology programs. These include our novel immune modulators, bi-specific T cell engager and combination therapies. Your work will include correlative datasets to demonstrate on-target biological activity, assess PK/PD relationship, optimal dose selection, companion diagnostic strategy and biomarker related label claims. A typical day may include: – Developing and obtaining management approval to implement precision medicine (biomarker) strategy. – Being a core member of our global clinical development program and study teams for development of clinical study protocols regulatory agency interactions and submissions. – Collaborating on internal clinical biomarker discovery platform development with Immuno-Oncology therapeutic area research, molecular profiling and genomic center teams. – Leading academic and commercial biomarker analysis studies related to immuno-oncology development programs. – Act as a representative to Precision Medicine and Early Clinical Development in clinical study and development teams within the Immuno-Oncology development portfolio. – Will present internally and externally, authoring conference presentations and publications of clinical translational studies. This may be for you if you: – Want to have an impact on patient lives. – Like to work cross-functionally to with across teams in all stages of drug development. – Have the ability to drive, execute and deliver results for multiple projects required To be considered for this you need to have a PhD, M.D., or equivalent degree with post-doctoral experience and 5 + years of industry experience. Experience in Oncology research and/or drug development is required. Experience in translational or clinical research related to biomarkers, pharmacogenetics and imaging preferred. Understanding of technical, regulatory, clinical, and strategic aspects of these areas strongly recommended. Does this sound like you?
