Job Description Job Summary: Performs functions associated with all wafer production operations, including photolithography, thin film, etch and diffusion. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: – Photolithography, thin film, etch and diffusion – Wafer bonding – Metrology – Process ROIC wafers and bolometer wafers to meet production requirements – Perform set-up, calibration, and preventative maintenance tasks on wafer fab equipment – Collect and evaluate operating data to conduct equipment adjustment and process optimization – Support process development and prototyping – Work with engineers to conduct tests and experiments Job Qualifications: – High school diploma, or GED – Typically requires 24 years technical and/or related experience – Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Eyelit, Camstar – Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, good communication skills – Ability to follow instructions and keep detailed records of lot histories – Knowledge of semiconductor processing and automated equipment, SPC, chemical handling techniques and clean room practices a must – Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.
