Position: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our esteemed client’s team. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and development within our rapidly expanding company.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
– Conduct regular audits to evaluate the effectiveness of our services
– Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements
– Train and mentor team members on quality assurance standards and procedures
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the organization
– Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
– Develop and maintain quality metrics to track performance and identify trends
– Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
– Participate in the development and implementation of new services and processes
– Communicate quality standards and expectations to all team members
– Manage and resolve any quality-related issues or concerns from clients or internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a staffing or recruitment environment
– Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools
– Experience with quality management systems and compliance standards
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing quality improvement initiatives
– Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
– Certification in quality management or related field is a plus
