Position: Registered Home Manager
Location: Cambridgeshire (Isle of Ely)
Salary: To be discussed (Dependant on experience, negotiable)
Hours: Full-Time | Permanent
Rizq Recruit is supporting a reputable care provider in their search for an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a newly opened, modern service in Cambridgeshire. The home has recently achieved a CQC ‘Good’ rating and is equipped with high-end facilities to support outstanding resident care.
The Role:
As a Registered Home Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee clinical governance, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. You'll drive care quality, manage budgets, and play a key role in developing a strong team culture.

What We’re Looking For:
* NMC PIN (preferred)
* Strong leadership experience in a care/nursing setting
* Good understanding of CQC standards and clinical governance
* NVQ Level 5 or willingness to work towards it
