Overview:
Operations Research Analyst (PEO C3N):

 

Bowhead is seeking an Operations Research Analyst for its PEO C3N contract in Aberdeen, MD. The individual will assist the Operations staff in coordinating and administering various classified and unclassified data calls across the PEO C3N organization and Higher Headquarter Staff.

Responsibilities:
Knowledge and ability to use Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2)

Act as a Staff Action Control Officer (SACO) for correspondence between subordinate Project Offices & PEO Staff and Front Office; possess knowledge of using AR 25-50 as a guideline

Manage the Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS) bi-weekly to ensure Civilian Employees in the Headquarters complete time cards; Ability to make changes and add new personnel in the system

Complete Supply Orders for the Headquarters Staff for items needed to complete their day-to-day mission.

Tracking both ad hoc and routine reports from initial request, compilation of responses through closure with regular status reports.

Assist in providing information for the weekly staff calendars, suspense status reports and Official Visitor Bulletins.

Support Operations in coordination and/or actions on special projects and assignments for the Command group.

Coordinate with subordinate Project Offices for support to demonstrations and briefings.

Participate in senior leader calendar reviews, as required, for event and data call synchronization. Coordinates with external agencies to coordinate senior level (GO/FO/SES) summits in support of ASA (ALT) requirements and data requests.

Assist in documenting processes in support of all data calls, Requests for information and Strategic Planning Events.

Assist in updating and managing Operations processes. Attend meetings to support Operations requirements. 

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
High School diploma and 5-8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, experience and certifications

Experience establishing and maintaining schedules

Experience developing and delivering PowerPoint presentations

Experience in maintaining internal records

Experience using Microsoft Office products

Eye for detail

Good writing skills

Good interpersonal skills

Exceptional communication skills

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds

Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time

Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must have an active and be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for a Secret clearance at this location.
