Job Title: Plant Quality Manager

Pay range: $80k – $90k
Job Description
Reporting directly to the Plant Quality / SPS Manager as a Plant Quality Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance and control of the plant’s quality testing and reporting system within the plant.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Assist the Quality/SPS Manager for all Customer issues, lead corrective actions, and ensure the Client is meeting all customer requirements.
* Support Quality/SPS Manager in developing long-term strategy for the Plant Quality Department
* Manage day to day tasks for hourly associates
* Providing development and maintenance of the quality testing/reporting system.
* Responsible to develop, coordinate, support, train, assist, and facilitate within all attributes of the Quality Management System
* Responsible for the Advanced Product Quality Planning Process (APQP)
* Lead the continuous improvement program.
* Reduces variation within work tasks to improve process efficiency and quality.
* Managing the specification, test methods, instructions, and audit processes.
* Ensure quality records are maintained.
* Develops best practices for each operation within the plant and trains across all shifts as required
We’d love to hear from you if:
* You have a four-year degree, preferably in the sciences or engineering (or equivalent experience).
* 2+ years’ experience in the development and maintenance of a quality testing/reporting system.
* Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred
Compensation:
The annual base salary range for this role is from $80,320 to $90,360, plus a quarterly target bonus of 7.5% of base salary.
