We are seeking a professional to join our team in a mid-level analytics role. This position focuses on data visualization, SQL querying, and stakeholder collaboration, with occasional exposure to a factory environment.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or Supply Chain.
Required Experience
- 2-3 years in analytics with real-world work experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is mandatory.
- Python experience is a plus, but not required.
Job Responsibilities
- Documentation: Meet with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- DevOps: Participate in weekly task reviews.
- Data Modeling: Build SQL views for analytics.
- Reporting: Develop Power BI dashboards using SQL data sources.
- Factory Collaboration: Occasionally enter the factory with provided PPE.
Required Soft Skills
- Communication: Ability to document needs and ask clarifying questions.
- Independence: Self-directed work with strong time management skills.
Red Flags (Disqualifiers)
- Lack of hands-on SQL/Power BI experience outside academia.
- Inability to demonstrate independent project work in a professional setting.
