At Deeside Care Home, we don’t just provide care we set the standard for it. Nestled in the stunning Royal Deeside, our 68-bed home is a place where people matter, our residents, our families, and our dedicated team. We're now looking for a passionate, values-led Home Manager to take the reins of this high-performing service and lead it into its next chapter.
With no agency use, a stable and experienced nursing team, and a Care Inspectorate report featuring four 5s and one 4, this is not a turnaround role it’s a leadership opportunity where you can truly thrive.
What we offer:
Up to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Up to 40% performance-based bonus tied to achievable KPIs.
NMC fees paid (if applicable).

Our residents enjoy the highest standards of support, and we’ve proudly retained our original nursing team since the doors opened. We’re 61 beds full and counting, with a 9.9 rating on (url removed), thanks to the outstanding care and warmth shown by our staff every single day.
What you’ll bring:
Whether you’re Nurse-qualified or bring exceptional operational experience from a non-clinical route, you’ll share our unwavering commitment to quality, people, and doing the right thing, always. You’ll understand the complex needs of older adults and bring a calm, proactive presence to your leadership.
You’ll know how to balance performance and compassion, inspiring your team, connecting with families, and ensuring every resident feels safe, loved, and understood.
