Supported Living / Domiciliary Care Manager – Coventry
Up to £40,000 | Full Time | Hybrid Role with WFH Options

The Role:
Lead a dual-service model covering supported living and domiciliary care
Manage care teams across the Coventry area
Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards
Support business growth through service development and referral building
Participate in on-call rota as needed (minimal)What We're Looking For:
Experience managing supported living or domiciliary care services
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred careWhat’s On Offer:
Salary of £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
