Job Title: Registered Nurse – ED, Stepdown, Medical Surgical, Paediatrics (H1B Visa Sponsorship)
Location: Tennessee, USA
Contract Type: Full-time, 3-year contract
Salary Range:

* General Units: $32.00 – $40.77 per hour

* Specialty Units (ICU, CVICU, ER): $34.00 – $42.77 per hour

(Based on experience and specialty area)

About the Opportunity
ID Medical is working in partnership with a leading Tennessee medical centre to support experienced UK nurses who are NCLEX-cleared and planning a move to the United States. We are currently recruiting for Registered Nurses across a range of areas including Emergency Department, Stepdown, Medical Surgical, and Paediatrics.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic U.S. hospital environment that provides care for patients of all ages and across multiple specialties.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care across a range of acute and specialty units

* Care for complex, high-acuity patients from newborn through to geriatric populations

* Provide specialised care to neuro/neurosurgery, pulmonary, and cardiovascular patients

* Support patients and their families during the transition from hospital to home

* Respond to a variety of acute and chronic medical and surgical conditions

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care and outcomes

* Adhere to clinical guidelines and hospital protocols

Requirements

* NCLEX passed

* Minimum of 2 years' post-registration nursing experience in the UK

* Experience in one or more of the following: ED, Stepdown, Med/Surg, Paediatrics, ICU
