Join Our Team: Children's Mental Health Support Worker

Are you passionate about making a profound difference in the lives of young people?

We are urgently seeking dedicated and compassionate Children's Mental Health Support Workers to provide essential care and support to children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.

This highly rewarding role involves delivering day-to-day care, offering vital respite for families, and engaging young individuals in activities that foster their well-being and development.

Role Details

Location: Whitehaven, Workington , Dalston, Carlisle, Central Cumbria
Pay Rate: £16 – £18 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Flexible working patterns are available, including 12-hour long day shifts.Essential Requirements

To be considered for this critical role, you must meet the following criteria:

Experience: A minimum of 6 months of recent UK experience working with children and adults in a mental health setting or a care home.
Right to Work: A valid Right to Work in the UK is mandatory. Please note, we are unable to offer sponsorships.
DBS Check: An Enhanced DBS registered on the update service.
Training:
BILD certified PMVA Course.
Classroom Mandatory Training.
Driving: A valid driving license and access to your own car are mandatory for this role.
