We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our friendly team. If you thrive in a nurturing environment where every day presents an opportunity to make a meaningful difference – we would love to hear from you.

As a Nurse at Fleet Care Home, you will be a key member of our care team – leading with empathy, ensuring clinical excellence and supporting residents to live happy, fulfilled lives.

What You Will Do
You will create and implement personalised care plans by working closely with residents, their families and healthcare professionals. Each shift, you will lead your team with confidence, ensuring everyone feels supported and clear in their roles. You’ll administer and record medications safely and maintain thorough, up-to-date clinical documentation. You will build strong, trusting relationships with residents and families, responding to their concerns with compassion and care.

You’ll help residents maintain their independence and dignity through respectful, person-centred support. Monitoring changes in health will be a key part of your role, and you’ll complete routine observations, escalating any concerns when needed. You’ll play an active role in social engagement, help monitor nutrition and hydration, and be ready to respond calmly to emergencies – all while keeping health and safety at the heart of what you do.
