We are currently an In-process Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join our growing Production and Manufacturing team on A Shift.

The QC Inspector is responsible for performing thorough inspections of all incoming, in-process, and outgoing items to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards.

Shift Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:45 AM to 3:15PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods
  • Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other instruments to perform accurate measurements
  • Document inspection results and maintain clear, organized quality records
  • Analyze inspection data to identify trends, recurring issues, or areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and support corrective actions
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and audits

Qualifications:

  • Previous quality control experience in a manufacturing environment required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely
  • Proficient in using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
  • Solid math and analytical skills
  • Comfortable with basic computer programs and electronic documentation
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
