Are you ready to make a difference in the world of rehabilitation? Our client is seeking a Therapy Manager to join their team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team of OTs, Physiotherapists, and Rehabilitation Assistants in a charity dedicated to improving the lives of people with neuro-disabilities.

With an annual salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000, this role offers you the chance to shape and grow a service during a key transformation period. You'll also have opportunities to work closely with leading rehabilitation bodies, all while making a direct impact on improving lives.

They are committed to enhancing the lives of individuals with neuro-disabilities. They offer rehabilitation, residential care, respite support, and palliative care. With a capacity for over 80 residents, they provide personalised care through a dedicated multi-disciplinary team, ensuring each resident receives the highest standard of therapeutic care.

As a Therapy Manager you will:

Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary therapy team.
Craft and implement a therapeutic strategy aligned with the organisational vision.
Innovate and modernise services with a focus on rehabilitation outcomes.
Represent the organisation externally with bodies like SRM and UKROC.
Oversee departmental performance, finances, and service improvements.
Provide professional leadership across therapy disciplines.
Contribute to shaping a 365-day service to meet residents' needs.Package and Benefits:

HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist or similar rehabilitative discipline.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams with at least 2 years of staff management experience.
Knowledge of rehabilitation reporting frameworks like UKROC and FIM&FAM.
Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and service development skills.
