Evolve are partnering with a leading Ophthalmic company who are seeking a Hospital Specialist to play a key role in shaping the future of eye health services. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of patient-centred care, building strong partnerships across healthcare systems to deliver seamless pathways and improved outcomes for patients.
This is a full-time permanent position covering South Wales across to Gloucester & Worcester.

* Demonstrate hospital experience and formulary success is a must have for this role.

* Grow continually by being coachable, embracing feedback as a tool for personal and professional development.

Role Responsibilities of the Hospital Specialist
* Build meaningful partnerships across both hospital and primary care settings, becoming a trusted collaborator to healthcare professionals.
* Design and deliver impactful account plans with key customers and prospects, driving market growth while nurturing long-term relationships.
* Develop deep product and brand expertise, confidently communicating value while aligning with innovative marketing strategies.
* Shape and secure access on Hospital and Primary Care formularies, ensuring products reach the patients who need them most.
* Consistently achieve and exceed territory goals, contributing to business success through a clear, actionable plan.
