Salary: £48,000 Per Annum + Excellent Benefits + Yearly Pay Reviews
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside Hours: Full-time, days
Registered Manager required to lead an innovative residential care home which provides high-quality neurological rehabilitation care to both younger and older adults. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to take the lead in a highly regarded service rated “GOOD” by CQC, where excellence in care is a top priority.
Registered Manager Duties:
* Lead a dedicated team to deliver person-centred, recovery-focused care.
* Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and internal policies.
* Foster a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for residents.
* Maintain and enhance the home’s excellent reputation and regulatory standards.
* Act as a positive influencer, inspiring staff and promoting a culture of continuous improvement

Registered Manager Requirements:
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or QCF qualification in care or equivalent
* To have experience in managing residential homes or large multi-site
* Will be proficient in budget management
* The Registered Manager will come from a successful CQC background
