Clinical Support Specialist

Clinical Service / Support Specialist – Laboratory Products

A leading supplier to Public and Private Hospitals, Primary Care Centres, Community Diagnostic Hubs, Pharmaceutical, Academia, and Private Industries across the UK. Providing tailor-made solutions for warehousing, distribution, sales, and marketing to represent our partnered manufacturers of medical and surgical products.

* Access to Banbury as needed – National travel

* £35-40k Neg Basic / bonus and exceptional package including car and benefits.

Role –

Our client, a front-runner in medical and scientific distribution, is on the hunt for Clinical Service / Support Laboratory solutions to join their Clinical and Life Sciences team. In this role you will work closely with the Laboratory Sales Team and be key facilitator of business development through the following activities –

* Tender / Contract Support

* Lab Based Education / Support on products in the field to customers

* Running demonstrations for potential customers

* Dealing with RFI – Requests for Information from customers

* Admin Support / General support of the sales team

Yiu will provide this support on a broad range of technical laboratory solutions (Laboratory fridges, Blood Analysers, Reagents etc) with customers being found in the NHS and Life Science Laboratories space.. As a field-based role, you’ll hit the road up to 50% of the time, providing clients with product demos, trials, and face-to-face meetings. You will also be required in the Banbury office each week (the amount needed to be agreed / discussed)

Applicant –

Applicants for this role will have experience working in the laboratory environment (ideally some exposure to IVD) and be looking to use their technical skills in a more customer facing environment!
