What You’ll Be Doing
Leading all operational aspects of a high-performing, stable care home
Inspiring and developing a loyal, long-standing team
Embedding strong governance, safeguarding and quality standards
Building excellent relationships with families, local partners and the wider community
Strengthening the home’s presence in the self-funding market and supporting continued commercial growth
Ensuring Lunardi Court continues to be a true “home from home” for every resident
What You’ll Bring
Experienced Home Manager with a strong track record in elderly care
Oustanding non-clinical leaders strongly encouraged to apply
Ability to lead, motivate and develop a committed team
Strong commercial and operational awareness
A values-driven approach and genuine passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences
