Job Description
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with prior VT experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Restrain and triage patients; collect and analyze lab samples
- Perform diagnostic imaging, assist with surgery, and monitor anesthesia
- Provide nursing care for hospitalized patients of varying stability
- Administer medications and communicate treatment plans with clients
Requirements:
- Prior VT experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable with animals, clinic sights, sounds, and odors
- Ability to work safely around potential bites, scratches, animal waste, or contagious diseases
