Specialist Speech and Language Therapist – Cornwall Hours: Minimum 2 days per week (option for more)
Pay: £30 per hour (Ltd)
Contract: Temporary
Location: Cornwall
Service Care Solutions is recruiting for one of our Speech and Language Therapy clients in Cornwall. We are seeking a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist with experience working with children and young people who present with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges, including complex trauma, mental health needs, behaviours of concern, and neurodiversity.
Role Responsibilities
Manage a specialist caseload
Contribute to staff training and consultation
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) approachAbout the Setting The role is based within an SEMH Acorn Education provision in Cornwall, providing specialist support for children and young people, focusing on individual needs and positive outcomes.
Requirements
Relevant Speech and Language Therapy qualification
Experience working with SEMH and neurodiverse children and young people
