Registered General Nurse

Registered General Nurse – Borehamwood

Our client is seeking a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join their residential care service, providing nursing care for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and compassionate nurse with a valid NMC PIN to work in a person-centred, values-led environment.

The Role

As a Registered General Nurse, you will provide clinical care to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of residents. Key responsibilities include:

Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care
Completing assessments, implementing care plans, and evaluating outcomes
Administering medications in line with professional standards
Supporting residents with complex needs, including respite care for young people aged 16–18
Working collaboratively with the wider care team to maintain a safe and supportive environment
Candidate Requirements

Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
Experience in adult nursing, preferably in residential or disability care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to person-centred, flexible, and inclusive care
The Service

Our clients service is a residential home in Borehamwood with nursing care for 24 adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. The service also provides respite care for young people aged 16–18. The home offers a spacious, accessible environment with modern facilities and daily nursing support.
