ROLE TITLE: Service Manager
LOCATION: Remote
Salary: £36k – £41k per annum
Duration: 6 months
We are actively looking to secure a L2 Application Technical Support candidate to join Experis.

Key accountabilities of the role
Plan and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
Facilitate daily stand-ups and team meetings.
Track progress and update stakeholders on status.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
Essential Skills:
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
Support research, data collection, and documentation activities.
Help maintain tools, systems, and processes for the team.
Coordinate meetings and track action items.
Learn and apply best practices in project and operational workflows.
