DPP is seeking a Process Technician for an opportunity with our client in Huntington Beach, CA.
Location: Huntington Beach, California
Contract: 12 months; W2 position
Work authorization: US Citizen
Schedule: 1st shift – 6 AM – 2:30 PM
Position description:
- As a Process Technician, you will perform manufacturing/operational tasks for which you have been trained on, consistent with the requirements of the team, statutory and company standards (e.g., Health, Safety, Environment, the Quality Management System, and the Production System) including the manufacture and assembly of components and sub-assemblies.
- This is an entry level position, and our client is willing to train the right person
- Must be able to work a second or third shift depending on business needs.

- This location in Huntington Beach, CA is growing their manufacturing processes and needs a Process Technician to help support the increase in production.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform weekly maintenance on equipment to ensure equipment is safe and reliable
- Ability to work as an individual and as a team player to get the job done.
- Follow production plans in order to meet customer requirements
- Ability to resolve conflicts within the team in the context of team work in order to ensure high standards of professionalism of all
- Participating in cost reduction/operational improvements in order to satisfy customer needs
- Ability to work as an individual and as a team player to get the job done.
Physical requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasion during a shift
- Ability to safely handle compressed gas cylinders and other containers of potentially hazardous chemicals
Basic qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
Preferred knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Experience within industrial or manufacturing environment
- Experience working with compressed gases in industrial processes
- Detail oriented and able to follow procedures
- Strong mechanical aptitude
