Clinical Manager

Salary: £52,000-£57,000 per annum (pro rata) + bonus scheme

Hours: 40 hours per week including 1 Saturday per month.

Location: Parsons Green London

Lead the Future of Clinical Excellence in Musculoskeletal Healthcare

About the Role

As a Clinical Manager, you'll take on a role with real purpose, leading clinical excellence, mentoring talented clinicians and shaping the future of high‑quality musculoskeletal healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity to combine advanced clinical practice with leadership, service development and strategy. You'll make a meaningful impact every day by driving best‑practice care, developing others and contributing to the growth of a progressive healthcare service.

This is a full‑time, 40‑hour role, split between clinical and management responsibilities. Clinic opening hours span Mon-Thurs 7.30am-7.30pm, Fri 7.30am-5pm and Sat 8am-4pm.

Set working patterns apply, including a maximum of one Saturday per month on rota.

About You

You're an experienced clinician and natural leader who is passionate about evidence‑based care and committed to continuous improvement. In this role, you'll:

Minimum 5 years MSK experience
Lead clinical standards, service development and quality assurance across the team.
Deliver advanced MSK assessments and treatment for a diverse and complex caseload.
Mentor clinicians at all levels through structured CPD, coaching and regular reviews.
Coordinate internal and external education programmes, ensuring gold‑standard learning.
Strengthen professional networks by liaising with healthcare partners and consultants.
Drive innovation by contributing to audits, service evaluation and clinical improvement projects.Your Benefits
