Rochdale | £43,000 – £45,000
If you’re a Registered Manager or experienced Deputy ready to step into a Branch Manager role, this is an opportunity to lead a stable, well-rated complex care service with strong foundations and clear plans for growth.
The branch is currently delivering around 2,000 hours of complex care per week, with a solid CQC history and established clinical teams. The next phase is about structured expansion,  strengthening local commissioner relationships and developing services into new areas of the North West, including Burnley.
The Role
You’ll take full responsibility for operational performance, quality, and growth within the Rochdale branch. This isn’t a turnaround,  it’s about building on a good base and developing it further.
You’ll oversee care delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, support your care and clinical teams, and actively contribute to business development. There is genuine scope to grow the branch footprint, particularly if you bring existing relationships or local knowledge in areas like Burnley.

This is a growing complex care provider delivering nurse-led and specialist community packages across the North West. With around 2,000 hours currently running through the Rochdale branch, the business is stable and compliant, with ambitions to expand into additional territories while maintaining strong governance and quality standards.
Growth is planned, not rushed  with an emphasis on sustainable development and long-term commissioner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations of the Rochdale branch
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal governance standards
Manage and develop care coordinators, clinical staff, and support teams
Build and maintain relationships with commissioners and case managers
Identify and support new business opportunities in surrounding areas
Drive safe, sustainable growth in line with capacityAbout You
Experienced Branch Manager or Registered Manager within complex care
Strong working knowledge of CQC-regulated community services
Confident managing high-volume care packages
Commercially aware, with experience supporting growth
