In-House Role
Sheffield
Up to £50,000 per annum
Full Time | Permanent
1 day per week home working
Site-based | No travel required

Our industry-leading Steele client is offering a rare opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their well-established, highly regarded in-house Occupational Health team in Sheffield.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment where you will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality Occupational Health services across a single site.

The Role

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will manage a full Occupational Health remit and work closely with HR, managers, and employees to promote a proactive health and wellbeing culture across the site.

Your responsibilities will include:

*

Full Occupational Health remit

*

Sickness absence management

*

Return-to-work assessments

*

Health surveillance programmes

*

Fitness-for-work assessments (including safety-critical)

*

Supporting health promotion and wellbeing initiatives

You will be a valued member of the team, ensuring services are delivered to a high standard while contributing to continuous improvement across the function.

About You

*

Registered Nurse with a recognised Occupational Health qualification

*

Proven experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor

*

Strong case management and report writing skills

*

Confident in managing your own workload within a multidisciplinary team

*

Passionate about improving employee health and wellbeing

Competitive salary up £50,000 per annum
