We are currently hiring entry-level Quality Control Inspectors to support our production team. No previous quality assurance experience is requiredwe'll provide the training you need to succeed. This is a great opportunity to build a career in food manufacturing and gain valuable industry experience.
What You'll Do
- Check products throughout production to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
- Monitor things like temperature, product weight, packaging, and labeling
- Report anything that doesn't look right and help fix small issues quickly
- Fill out simple paperwork and inspection checklists accurately
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to keep things running smoothly
- Keep your work area clean and follow all safety and sanitation rules
Work Environment & Conditions
- Fast-paced, cold, and wet production environment (temperatures may reach as low as 40F)
- You'll be on your feet most of your shift and may need to lift items up to 50 lbs
- Regular exposure to production equipment, noise, and moisture
Schedule & Availability
- Available Shifts:
- Shift 1: 4:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Shift 2: 3:00 PM 3:00 AM
- Extended hours and weekend work may be required during peak production periods
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential

Required Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (Basic Level)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
- Basic understanding of quality control principles and practices
- Ability to use equipment and instruments effectively
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
