Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for all stages of the software development lifecycle
– Identify and report bugs, issues, and defects in a timely manner
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on design and functionality
– Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure the stability of existing features
– Continuously improve and optimize the QA process to increase efficiency and effectiveness
– Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies related to quality assurance
– Communicate test results and provide recommendations for improvements to the development team
– Participate in release planning and provide input on potential risks and issues
Qualifications:
– Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
– At least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance
– Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
– Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
– Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
