JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY
• Use of measurement equipment to verify quality including: X- Ray, pin gauges, micrometers, analytical processes, and other test equipment as required
• In process inspection of product per customer specifications and internal specifications.
• Maintaining data to use as feedback for both process control and process improvement.
• Final inspection performed to insure quality of outgoing product
• Incoming inspection of vendor supplied product and maintaining records on this.
• Process Auditing. Product line process auditing to guarantee AS9100 compliance annually.
• Working with production to achieve goals set per the QMS Plan.
• Calibration of equipment and maintaining the corresponding documentation.
