We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join a dedicated mental health rehabilitation service in Brighton. As part of the clinical team in Brighton, you'll:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care within a mental health rehabilitation environment
Develop and implement effective care plans
Monitor, assess and support patients' mental health needs
Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team
Ensure compliance with National Standards and the NMC Code of PracticeWhat we're looking for:
Qualification and registration as an RMN with a valid, up-to-date NMC pin
Proven experience as a Mental Health Nurse within a mental health rehab setting
Strong knowledge of National Standards and NMC guidelines
Excellent time management and communication skills
A caring, compassionate, and motivated approach
Flexibility and a high level of self-motivation
