Practice Nurse Vacancy – Innovative GP Practice in High Wycombe

The Role
The Practice Nurse will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care to the practice population. Responsibilities will include:
Providing routine nursing care including wound care, immunisations, and cervical screening
Managing chronic disease clinics (e.g. diabetes, asthma, COPD)
Supporting health promotion and patient education initiatives
Assisting with infection prevention and control measures
Contributing to continuous service improvement and innovative care delivery
The Ideal Candidate
The practice is seeking a nurse who is:
A qualified RGN with current NMC registration
Experienced in primary care or community nursing (preferred but not essential)
Passionate about patient-centred care
Proactive, adaptable, and keen to embrace new ways of working
A strong team player with excellent communication skills
