Job Description
Currently we have an excellent opportunity for a Medical Operations Coordinator to join a global travel risk and medical assistance service. This role is ideal for a healthcare professional seeking a non-clinical position, supporting complex medical cases, global incident response and operational coordination within an international environment.
Salary: £32,500 – £35,000
Position: Medical Operations Coordinator
Hours: Monday – Friday, FT
Setting: Office-based (hybrid after 6m probation)
Location: London, Farringdon
Your key responsibilities will be;
* Manage and coordinate complex medical assistance cases
* Provide clinical guidance on high-risk situations
* Support evacuations and repatriation operations
* Contribute to global crisis and incident response
* Liaise with international providers and stakeholders
* Produce medical reports and case documentation
* Support operational training and service development
For this role, we’re looking for someone who has;
* Medical qualification (Nurse, Paramedic or similar)
* Ideally experience in a similar, office based position
* Strong organisational and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
* Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments
