Quality Assurance Manager

$160,000 – $190,000 Base Salary
Northwest Talent Solutions (NWTS) is partnering with a global leader in advanced manufacturing and industrial technologies to identify an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to drive customer quality excellence and continuous improvement initiatives at a high-performing production facility.
This role sits within a cutting-edge adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings division, supporting global manufacturing operations and major enterprise customers across multiple industries.

What You'll Do:
Develop and implement customer-focused quality plans and systems aligned with enterprise quality strategy
Drive customer satisfaction and complaint reduction initiatives across manufacturing operations
Lead root cause investigations and corrective action plans (8D, DMAIC, FMEA)
Serve as regional Quality Key Account Manager for assigned enterprise customers
Manage customer quality processes including scorecards, specifications, contracts, and portals
Coordinate cross-functional responses to customer quality inquiries
Support internal and external quality audits and certification readiness
Train internal teams on customer quality processes, tools, and compliance requirements
Partner with global quality leadership to ensure alignment with enterprise quality standards
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
Strong background in manufacturing quality systems and customer quality management
Expertise in root cause analysis, incident investigation, and continuous improvement
Experience with Six Sigma, DMAIC, 8D, and FMEA methodologies
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and international quality standards
Familiarity with HACCP and quality core tools
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
