JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Qualitative Researcher with a specialization in the accounting domain to play a vital role in enhancing our accounting-related products and programs. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in qualitative research, community management within the accountant and accounting firm ecosystem, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for product and go-to-market strategies. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, this role aims to deliver meaningful improvements to the user experience for our suite of accounting products.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Build and manage a diverse community of accountants and teams from various accounting firm sizes, focusing on their engagement with our Intuit products.
- Drive continuous community feedback to identify needs, facilitating collaborations with leadership and internal teams to influence our product roadmap effectively.
- Oversee the health and engagement of the community panel, including incentive management, compliance, and operational processes.
- Utilize qualitative research methods to collect insights that inform product design, improvements, and strategic decisions.
- Develop and present clear, actionable reports based on research findings to stakeholders, influencing product and marketing decisions through effective communication.
Must-Have Skills:
- Excellency in both written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in designing and conducting qualitative research, including B2B interviews.
- Skills in translating research data into actionable insights for product enhancement.
Industry Experience:
- Experience in, or familiarity with, QuickBooks or similar financial software highly beneficial.
- Background in accounting, financial principles, or related areas a plus, aligning with the role's focus on accounting products and programs.
