Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Hybrid Clinical & Office Role | Maldon Area
Are you an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) looking for a fresh, rewarding challenge within a care home environment? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, high-quality care provider in the Maldon area, offering a unique hybrid role that blends clinical excellence with operational support.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated nurse who can confidently meet the evolving needs of a residential service while upholding the highest standards of care, professionalism, and teamwork.
The Opportunity
In this varied position, you’ll divide your time between:
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service (office-based)
Delivering outstanding, hands-on nursing care to residents
You’ll play a key role in ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and person-centred care, while also contributing to the wider success of the service.
Working Pattern
3 Office Days: 08:00 – 17:00
8.5 hours paid (30-minute unpaid break)
1 Clinical Shift (RGN):
07:00 – 19:30 or 19:00 – 07:30
Breaks fully paid
Salary
£45,(Apply online only) – £50,(Apply online only) per annum (dependent on experience)
About You
We’re looking for a nurse who:
Holds a valid RGN qualification with an active NMC registration
Has experience working within a care home or similar setting
Demonstrates strong clinical knowledge and sound decision-making
Is organised, adaptable, and confident in both clinical and administrative duties
Has a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, resident-focused care
Communicates effectively and thrives as part of a multidisciplinary team
