Genesis10 is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Concord, CA. This is a 23+ month contract opportunity.
In this role, the candidate will participate in low to moderately complex quality assurance initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements. Responsibilities include analyzing QA challenges, presenting recommendations, and developing an understanding of function, policies, and compliance requirements within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Quality Assurance
- Review and analyze basic or tactical Quality Assurance assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables
- Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Provide information to personnel in Quality Assurance
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
Pay range: $24.69 – $32.69 per hour
