We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist for a hybrid contract role. This position requires a professional who can bridge the gap between complex data modeling and business strategy. The ideal candidate will be present in the office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) to collaborate directly with stakeholders.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Utilize advanced SQL skills (6 9 years of experience) to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
- Apply Advanced Statistical Analysis and modeling techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Develop and implement basic machine learning models, including Regression, Decision Trees, and Clustering.
- Leverage PySpark knowledge to enhance data processing and scalability (highly preferred).
- Translate raw data into actionable insights through thorough data analytics.
Behavioral & Professional Skills:
- Maintain a business-facing presence, acting as a consultant to internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of business operations to ensure data findings align with organizational goals.
- Communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences to support decision-making.
