Quality Control Inspector (2nd shift)
$2,500 Sign-on Bonus
Monday-Thursday; 3:30p-2a
Earn 15% more by working on 2nd shift

Overview
Greiner Industries is seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector who will be responsible for performing general quality control (QC) inspections for our tank and enclosure manufacturing, including welding, assembly, paint, and material handling. The role helps maintain high quality standards across all aspects of production.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections across welding, assembly, paint, and other tank/enclosure processes when electrical inspections are not in progress.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action investigations for electrical and general non-conformances.
- Follow company drawings, SOPs, and standard practices for all inspections.
- Maintain inspection tools, test equipment, and work areas in clean and calibrated condition.
Specific Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or technical certification in welding/fabrication (preferred).
- Familiarity with general QC inspections in welding, assembly, or paint processes is a plus.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and reach overhead for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable working with tools and machinery in a manufacturing setting.
