Role Overview
As an Agency Healthcare Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care across a variety of clinical settings. You will have the flexibility to choose shifts that suit your schedule while gaining exposure to diverse healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred care in line with current clinical guidelines
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
* Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records
* Adhere to all clinical governance, infection control, and safeguarding policies
* Respond appropriately to emergency situations using clinical judgement and training
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and organisational standards
* Maintain professionalism and uphold the reputation of Trident Healthcare Solutions at all times
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Relevant professional qualification – RGN
* Previous UK clinical experience within a similar healthcare setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments
Compliance Requirements
All candidates must have the following in place prior to shift allocation:
* Right to work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (in-date) – can assist in getting this if needed.
* Mandatory training compliance, including Influenza (Flu) vaccination
