Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst for a 11+ month contract position located in Farmers Branch, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Bring strategic direction to testing and act as the subject matter expert for both the quality discipline and a line of business domain(s)
- Lead the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life-cycle to ensure appropriate sign off and prioritization of testing work
- Coordinate test strategy, scripting, and defect resolution
- Ensure early engagement with internal partners and proactive planning to ensure quality is a core area of focus early in the product lifecycle
- Take accountability for quality standards in the development, implementation and upkeep of test scripts and opportunities for automation
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in data and report testing, preferably within regulatory or risk platforms
- PL/SQL
- Experience managing and maintaining testing deliverables and documentation
- Extensive experience in data centric testing environments
- Intermediate proficiency in data analysis
- Knowledge of data modeling and data warehouse concepts
- Proven debugging skills to identify and resolve data or system issues
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle
- Strong expertise in SQL and data validation techniques
Desired skills:
- Experience with Python or R for data profiling, validation, or automation is a strong plus
- Exposure to Axiom reporting tool would be a great plus
Pay range: $42.85 – $50.85 per hour
