Nurse Manager – Community Complex Care | Chesterfield |  Sociable Working Hours

We are searching for an Adult Nurse Manager to join an award-winning community complex care provider based in Chesterfield. This unique opportunity comes with a competitive salary of up to £45,000 p/a, sociable working hours, strong routes for further training & development and more excellent benefits.

Benefits package includes:
Competitive salary of up to £45,000 p/a
Sociable working hours of mainly Mon – Fri / 9am – 5pm
Bespoke clinical induction
Annual salary bonus incentive 
Paid mileage at 45p per mile 
Award-winning training academy to support further professional development
Company pension schemeIn this Adult Nurse Manager role, you will have the opportunity to lead the delivery of personalised care packages, support a team of carers, and make a real impact on the lives of adults with complex health needs. You will be joining a highly-regarded, growing team that is tailored to ensure they provide the highest standards of clinical care.

Duties of this role include: 
Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients with complex care needs
Lead, train, and support a team of carers to maintain high standards of care
Utilise complex clinical skills including tracheostomy care, ventilator care and seizure management
Work in partnership with CHC nurses, commissioners, and wider MDT to maintain bespoke care packages
Build strong and lasting relationships with service users and their families Criteria to apply for this position:
Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
Fully competent in tracheostomy & ventilator care
Full UK driving licence
Have a prior background in either ICU or ITU
