About you:
Are you a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist (Band 7) seeking a locum position? Medacs Healthcare has two exciting opportunities for Clinical Pharmacist's to join Chelsea and Westminister Hopsital. The first post would require you to be responsible for the clinical pharmacy service provided to a sub-speciality within the Emergency and Integrated Care Division. The secound post would require you to be responsible for the clinical pharmacy service provided to a sub-speciality within the Planned Care ( Surgery) Division.
Key Responsibilities:
Review prescriptions for accuracy and legality and identify actual and potential problems.
Clinically screen and supply of medicines suitable for use as an inpatient and appropriately labelled for discharge.
Monitor and review therapeutic use of medicines.
Support the planning of patient discharge with respect to medication.Essential Qualifications:
We are looking for an experienced and highly Clinical Pharmacist (Band 7) with:
Master's degree in pharmacy (MPharm).
GPhC registration.
Previous wards-based experience.
Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience.
6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
