Bank Perioperative Practitioner

Spire Cardiff Hospital is seeking an experienced Perioperative Practitioner to join our dedicated Bank Theatre Team. This flexible role offers the ideal blend of autonomy and purpose-perfect for clinicians who value work-life balance while continuing to deliver exceptional, patient‑centred care.
As a key member of our friendly and collaborative theatre department, you will work flexibly across Recovery and Anaesthetics, contributing to the delivery of safe, efficient and consistently high‑quality services for every patient.

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Deliver high‑quality, planned perioperative care across Recovery and Anaesthetics
– Support the coordination and smooth running of our operating theatres
– Work closely with perioperative leaders to optimise theatre efficiency, safety and patient outcomes

Who we're looking for:
– HCPC or NMC registration
– Strong communication and organisational skills
– A proactive team player who can also work confidently and independently
– Previous experience in a perioperative or theatre environment
Working Hours: Long Shifts – 10 hours, including late shift 14:00 – 22:00 and Saturday
Contract Type: Bank
